At Haya by HQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us at modesty@hayabyhq.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returns without prior email notification will not be eligible for a refund.
